Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By renting a dumpster or using any services provided by Owenvarico Co., you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Rental Period

Standard rental periods are 7–10 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Extensions may incur additional daily charges.

3. Prohibited Items

Hazardous waste, tires, batteries, paints, solvents, refrigerants, and medical waste are strictly prohibited. Additional fees apply for prohibited items found in containers.

4. Weight Limits

Each container has an included weight allowance. Overages are billed per ton at posted rates.

5. Placement & Damage

Customer is responsible for ensuring placement location is safe and accessible. While we use protective boards, Owenvarico Co. is not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or underground utilities resulting from agreed placement.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon delivery unless prior credit terms are established.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental service.
